HUSTL STRENGTH

Hustl Strength is a full-body HIIT workout that keeps the heart pumping and the body burning. Classes incorporate dynamic movements utilizing dumbells, body weight, and bands. Each class will run through 3 blocks and 3 spicy sets, all set to the best beats in town.

HUSTL STRENGTH 2.0

Hustl Strength 2.0 is rooted in the same principles of our original Hustl Strength class, with a slightly greater endurance challenge. This class takes your classic 3- block breakdown and pushes the intensity through a powerful 6 movements set and compound focus.

HUSTL POWER

Hustl Power combines the intensity and spice of Hustl Strength while focusing on a progressive build of the classic super-set. Dial in. Focus. Build. Hustl Power is the perfect addition to your weekly routine.
