This is Sicily, SALTY style—sun-drenched, movement-filled, and built for unforgettable moments. We’re taking over Santa Maria del Focallo with our friends at SALTY Retreats , bringing together two incredible communities for seven days of sweat, adventure, and pure Mediterranean bliss. Think sunrise sessions on the sand, high-energy workouts, yoga flows, and breathwork under the Sicilian sky.

Beyond the training, we’ll chase the best of island life, exploring charming seaside towns like Marzamemi, dancing through warm Sicilian nights, and indulging in delicious, tastebud pleasing dinners. Our home base comes with private access to one of Sicily’s most sought-after beaches, where you can recharge between workouts or soak in the golden-hour magic. And, of course, the food? Local, fresh, and nothing short of spectacular—three meals a day, crafted to fuel you right.

This trip is about more than movement—it’s about connection, culture, and living every moment to the fullest. Whether you’re boxing at sunrise, stretching under the Sicilian sun, or toasting to new friends over a seaside dinner, one thing is certain—this summer feeling won’t fade.

DAILY ITINERARY: 

DAY 1: Arrivals and Aperitivio

Touch down in Sicily and let the good times roll. We’ll kick things off with a beachside meet & greet, welcome drinks (on us), and a little SALTY-style hospitality—Nate behind the bar included.

DAY 2: Breaking Sweat & Bread

We hit the ground running with sunrise movement, yoga flows, and a beach sweat to set the tone. In the afternoon, we wind down with pilates or group activities before heading out for a Sicilian feast—pizza, wine, and good vibes.

DAY 3: Movement and Mindset

Classic SALTY: morning crew, yoga, and a goal-setting workshop to get clear on what fuels you. An afternoon of new workout styles with Erin brings us back to some fun and sweat before we close out the day with yin under the stars.

DAY 4: Explore and Breathe it In

We train, we flow, we adventure. After a strong morning, we head off-site for a full-day excursion—taking in the sights, the culture, and everything Sicily has to offer. Lunch is out, so find your perfect bite before we return for a relaxed evening meal.

DAY 5: Keep Building

A morning blend of movement—yoga, pilates, and sweat—sets the foundation before we dive into a midday workshop. The afternoon? A group workout and a well-earned dinner before yin helps us reset for the final stretch.

DAY 6: A Taste of Sicily

Another morning of movement, another win. Then, we head into Catania for a night out—delicious food, city lights, and an energy that only Sicily can serve.

DAY 7: Celebrate the Journey

One last full-body send—morning crew, yoga, a beach workout, and a salty, sun-soaked afternoon beach party to close it out right.

DAY 8: Arrivederci, Amici

Hugs, airport transfers, and one last espresso before you go. The summer may end, but this feeling stays forever.
