FLOW
Ever-expanding, continuously fluid, soul-soothing yoga. This class is for everyday magic. For 45 minutes, let the body take over and move with freedom and expression as you go inward and explore the power of movement. All levels welcome.
SLOW FLOW
Soul soothing, slow-moving, mindful flow. For 45 minutes, release tension and unwind. Leave it all at the door and just be. Leave feeling stretched, restored and blissed out. The perfect compliment to your other sweat practices. All levels welcome.
PILATES FLOW
Connect with your core and experience the magic of fluid movement. A pilates and free flow fusion class. For 45 minutes you will work with a pilates ball, bands and our body weight as you explore a full body flow that will help you find your strength and flexibility. Together we will discover the richness of those feel-good moves. Leave feeling lifted and lighter. All levels welcome.
POWER PILATES
Power Pilates is a 45-minute low impact high repetition full body workout. It’s a high energy dynamic class with loud upbeat music. The class is built around intentional movements to lengthen and tone the long muscles of the body, increase flexibility, and strengthen the core. Power Pilates will give your body the fire it craves. All levels welcome.
DREAM MACHINE
Explore the ways we can invite more rest and ease into our bodies and minds. Guided mediation, breathwork, long holds, option for grounding hands-on assists. Leave feeling clear calm and ready to drift off into dreamland. The perfect way to incorporate a meditation practice into your week. All levels welcome.
PILATES TONE
Pilates Tone is a practice of expansion. Instead of letting the discomfort be our stopping point, we train our minds to think of it as our starting point. We release stagnant energy through repetitive movement and ignite the soul through the power of collective energy. Each class is a 45-minute mat-based, full-body workout that incorporates callisthenics, plyometrics, and repetitive movement that helps you find the power and strength within. All levels welcome.
